Moonlight is a 2016 American dramatization movie composed and coordinated by Barry Jenkins. The film stars are André Holland, Trevante Rhodes, Mahershala Ali, Ashton Sanders, Janelle Monáe, Jharrel Jerome and Naomie Harris. Moonlight is a story of human self-disclosure and association, Moonlight annals the life of a youthful dark man from adolescence to adulthood as he battles to discover his place on the planet while experiencing childhood in a harsh neighborhood of Miami. The movie highlights the life of a man who manages his home life and grows up in Miami amid the “War on Drugs” period. The tale of his battle is told crosswise over three characterizing parts throughout his life as he encounters the rapture, torment, and love.
In first chapter the movie tells about Chiron who is a timid and shy youngster. He is given the nickname, “Little” because of his submissive identity and size. Little is pursued into a deserted motel. Juan finds him and takes Chiron to his home. Next day, Juan leaves Chiron back to his oppressive mother Paula. Chiron finds solace with his closest companion Kevin. Chiron encourages him to make his own way in life. While chatting with Juan and Teresa, Chiron concedes his scorn for his mom. Chiron is a teenager who is always undermined and bullied by one of his associates, Terrel. A solidified and harder grown-up, Chiron is a drug dealer who lives outside Atlanta, now he is known by the name Black. In his childhood, he was known by the name Kelvin. In the nightmare, Kevin requests Chiron to visit him in Miami at a coffee shop and apologizes for his activities as a young person. He goes to Miami to rejoin Kevin.
