Regression
Regression is a psychological thriller Canadian-Spanish 2015 movie. The movie is produced, written and directed by Alejandro Amenábar. The shooting of the movie is done in Minnesota. A teen is sexually assaulted by her dad thus irritating story of a daughter and father torn apart and throws the people into conspiracy. Analyst Bruce Kenner is assigned to her case. A psychoanalyst (David Thewlis) and a detective (Ethan Hawke) expose evidence of a hellish cult while inspecting the rape case of an offended teen (Emma Watson). Detective Bruce Kenner examines the case of John Gray, who admits to molestation (sexual assault) of his daughter, Angela (Emma Watson) who is just 17-year-old. A father is blamed for a crime of rape and he has no memory of his sin. Angela Gray blames her dad for sexually abusing her. Kenner looks for the help of Kenneth Raines, who is a great Psychology professor to elicit his quelled recollection of memory.
