The Big Short
The Big Short is an American comedy-drama film coordinated and co-composed by Adam McKay. The story of the movie is based on the non-fiction book “financial crisis of 2007–2008” that is written by Michael Lewis. In 2005, eccentric fund manager finds that the U.S. is severe insecure being based on subprime loans that are providing fewer returns. He is envisioning that the market will crumple in 2007. Michael Burry realizes that he can make profit by creating a default swap market. Burry visits many banks showing that the housing market is secure. Traders hear of Burry’s actions and decide to put his money in the default swap market. When the predicted time of the collapse reaches investors are trying to pulling their money out. Burry charges moratorium on withdrawals of money.
